The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues comso e from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

If working this company means your growth is very slow. Also there is no on-job training for freshers. management level people doing some Politics, so the company consider only managers & Engineer, so technician salary is low, first they will consider Technicians, then automatically company growth will up</mark>....Read More

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
