Corruption at its peak Had lay offs last year due to which goodwill went down so company trying other ways of lay offs.

The best part about Sirion? The people. Everyone's super friendly, and there's a genuine effort to help each other grow. The company also puts a lot of focus on training and development, which I really appreciate.

The design team is awesome- super creative and collaborative. I love that company encourages out-of-the-box thinking and innovation. Plus, the hybrid work setup means I can work from home when I need to. The free LinkedIn Learning access is also a great way to upskill and stay ahead of trends.

Sometimes the work can get a little monotonous , especially during slower periods. It would be great to have more cross departmental collaboration to mix things up a bit. Also, the internet allowance could be bumped up a bit.
