There's a lot of good work happening in the Marketing team. the team is open to new ideas. Sirion also keeps on improvising employee benefits every six month so that employees can enjoy the most out of it. The quarterly team parties and events help build a strong bond within the team, making the work culture enjoyable.

Powerless and disinterested HR Work life balance is myth here Autocratic rule Org changes in every 3-4 months Abusive leadership No training, planning process here( they'll just show that it is happening) Unnecessary pressure and abuses. Corruption at its peak Had lay offs last year due to which goodwill went down so company trying other ways of lay offs.

The best part about Sirion? The people. Everyone's super friendly, and there's a genuine effort to help each other grow. Besides the hybrid work model, they also provide an internet allowance monthly and they also provide personal accidental insurance policy. The company also puts a lot of focus on training and development, which I really appreciate.

Sometimes it feels like there's too much emphasis on performance metrics, which can create pressure.

The design team is awesome- super creative and collaborative. I love that company encourages out-of-the-box thinking and innovation. Plus, the hybrid work setup means I can work from home when I need to. The free LinkedIn Learning access is also a great way to upskill and stay ahead of trends.

Dislikes

Sometimes the work can get a little monotonous , especially during slower periods. It would be great to have more cross departmental collaboration to mix things up a bit. Also, the internet allowance could be bumped up a bit.
