Higher management is not good especially 'technical departments'. There is no professionalism. They treat their new joiners like labour. In very less salary they will tell you to do every type of work. Casual workers earn more than engineers in this company.

Most of the work done by 3rd parties ,which is Most of the time reason for delay in regular work ,and shipment, because of this working are very flexible,and you have to come for overtime also
