I truly enjoy my experience working at software computer services this company culture is incredibly collaborative and supportive. I appreciate that innovation ideas are not only encouragement celebrated. Creating and environment that fosters creativity and personal growth.

Dislikes

While I have a positive overall experience at sinewave it's essential to consider area for a improvement. One aspect I have notice that there would be more clarity in the communication flow between teams there have been instance were information transfer wasn't be as same as it could be which is the impacted certain projects.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
