I haven't see anything good so far in this company.

Dislikes

They will not provide proper training and put you In project and expect to complete it by your own. Taking certificates for verification process and haven't given them back and forced to sign the empty blank cheque with 5 lakhs. Don't care about employees health and ask you to come for office. And they will give 1/2 sick leave for month. No proper experienced candidates to teach and guide Even after completing six months training haven't placed in client. Will give all the fake promises Just to make the employee stay in office....Read More

Everything 🥲. If you got 1.6L per month from client means that Simulus company will take 1.2L from your cleint official salary and your monthly salary was 30k providing by Simulus Automation. They don't consider about employees health and wealth

Working hours it is not flexible varies based on the project sometimes we need to work even for 12 hours, and also appraisal we won't get easily even if we have more skills
