Just get married to your senior then you will get a good position in the company and rest assured your job will be secured Politics is at its peak no doubt if you are an north Indian then you are very safe I feel very sad for south Indians in this company Everything is fake like PIP and performance it's solely based on favourism.

There is no professional dress code or mandatory to ware shoes and snaks are very good

Heavy calls in hindi call flow in a day you may get 60 calls or 50 per day in language queue 40 calls per day

It was actually a good company when I joined it. But currently it's all like If you do yes to what they say you will be there or else no. If you know how to do this you will get appraisal and everything. If anyone who is working even after listening to tl who don't know what to do except manager everything to yes, the person it self knows that he won't be able to get any job any where. Politics everywhere Loss making company they are actually making around 38 Crore sales with expense around 110 Cr. No funding from last 1 and half year. They won't be able to be in the market in next 3 to 5 years, I can guarantee this. If you get some less salary and same job go for that job, this people are worst.
