Work is transparent!

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Also People do fake commitments. First they ask us to work in a particular department for 2-3 months but later we ask them to change the department they simply refuse. Even they can't understand your personal problems.

everything was good salary, insurance, insensitive, food, culture, etc.

Everything was good but the TL will give more pressure on team members to get output even they know the outcome will not come properly today/this week/this month then also they give pressure feels like to quit the job most of them quit there job after joining in vyapar because of this only they only bothered about targets and sales not employees

The experience with vyapar was good and i really like the culture of vyapar and i want to work more with this company but they behave very bad with me.

My experience is bad with the management and HR teams because I taken leave and extend my leave because of my family emergency. More than family i think nothing is important in this world for me, and I am also informed about my extended leave period to my manager and team lead but they do not replied and inform me about companies policies and after my leave period when I joined the company, they said they did not allow me to continue with the company. my native place is udaipur rajasthan and I'm come from my hometown then they said I can't working with the company....Read More
