My experience at Simplify3X was disappointing, primarily due to the lack of work-life balance. Promotions and increments were virtually non-existent, and it seemed that hard work went unnoticed by management and team leaders. Instead, they seemed to reward those who merely buttered up to them. The worst part was during the training period, where individuals with insufficient subject knowledge became trainers, leading to inadequate learning opportunities.
