In this company, your PF amount can deduct from your salary even if you do not have a PF account. When you asked about this then they force you for resign.

Dislikes

There is no any work-life balance if you are late 3 times more than 5 minutes late then they will deduct your half-day salary even if your exit time is also 5 minutes late.

Salary is decent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the hr department doesn't resolve our issues. The main issue is that the company officials are forcing us to share the same washroom with the male employees which is totally unhygienic. On the job or the training period of three months, training is not given to the new employees.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
