Nothing to like about the company, Infrastructure is very bad, Started there office in a small room in their home. not more than 5 people can sit, No break time no benefits and no job Security

Dislikes

They hire for a role to which we dream but they make us to work in BPO. No salary growth instead of asking many times. they make us to work more than 12 hours and they don't even give any OD or any kind of bonus. No festival Holidays and also they do reduce the money if we take a holiday on festival. The CEO and CIO are in US and CIO 's Brother who take care of Chennai office without any knowledge<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They do not even consider any emergency holidays they expect us to work from home and do not pay a single penny for that</mark>.
