Management is worse especially sukhpreet singh(here AM lying all the time to be on safer side) ,working environment for working women is worse,not at all cooperative,you will even be forced not to go on team outing as a girl or women,zero work-life balance,salary is awesome but you will be out after one year after your process stability, on the top of this it is totally lala based company running by seniors who are working from so much time period that they helping ultimate reporting juniors in creating bad n worse working culture here. My advice is not to join this company even if they providing awesome salary, please don,t make your life hell here.nobody will hear you....Read More

This is the best company of my life , all facilities given to employee , I realy injoyed till 4 years intrested work , I like all seniors becouse thier are supported everytime , I proud on me so worked in this organization . Company will provide you day shift but horrible than night shift. TL's are just blood sucker in some process they will call you even after shift for targets.

Training culture in not good. They will never give you proper training about process and after one mnt of joining they will demand for targets.

People here are good and I'm not talking about management. They give 2-3 party in a year

Dislikes

Full mahila vivag (basically man don't have rights, equality is a myth.) Management full of people with pervy. Eyes towards female. The exit policy is the worst you have ever experienced. Like you have to basically beg to get fnf... And also fnf might take 4 month if your reason to leave is professional growth. Somehow HR are less powerful infront of management. What the management says goes.
