There was a job security and it was a day shift job which was suitable for everyone.

Dislikes

Career growth is very slow. Salary increment was not good, appraisals were not good. Work environment is not that good and there is politics in the office.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Excellent Work culture. Does a lot of employee centric efforts and is very modest when it comes yo talking about it beyond a point. Average tenure of Mid Management is around 10+ years, most of the clients have also stayed back even after 15+ years of associations.
