Likes

I enjoy the supportive environment at Silvermine Group. The managers and team members are incredibly helpful and wiling to teach you everything you need to know.

Dislikes

I dislike the lack of job security at Silvermine Group. Employers can be laid off without prior notice, and often, mid-level staff members don't respond to mail or messages, leaving you feeling lost and unsupported.
