Round 2 - Group Discussion 

First round was group discussion with 10 members in a team and topic given was use of internet good or bad.

Round 3 - Assignment 

The detailed assignment was given to analyze the competitors and come up with strategies to increase brand awareness of the company.

Round 4 - Behavioral 

(1 Question)

  • Q1. This round basically was detailed presentation of the assignment which was given earlier, this presentation was made to explain in detail within 15min to the reporting manager of the company.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question
So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
