The company is open to innovation .I love the fact that I am a part of a team that I have worked as a vendor management and hopefully I have learned lots of things in that company .I am looking the company that make me to learn more lots of things for my skills communication and make me help for career growth.....

Dislikes

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.i have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening .manager do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.i do receive appreciation emails from my client,but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid years appraisals. Work Details

Generally speaking,my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage day to day yield operations.pitching for my company as a marketer gets tiring .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
