Working here is a deeply disappointing experience. They will promise you a fixed salary, but this is misleading as you are only paid based on the amount of profile you write, essentially making it feel like freelancing. The most problematic aspect is the night shift HR manager, Venkat. His behavior is the opposite of what you wouldexpect from an HR professional. He acts like a strict school principle, bulling the new employees and closely monitoring their every move. The atmosphere is learning-oriented and helps people in understanding how to write profiles and correct errors. We are told to be imaginative and guided to better our skills. Learning about new technology and putting it into a format which makes it available to a large audience makes it fulfilling.

Dislikes

At times, transcribing audios becomes a tough task, either due to poor audio quality or strong accents. Leaning to find work-life balance is a challenge that is overcome with time.

Please be little polite and sensitive to the employees and offer some benefits to them. There are no food coupons given. Also, if possible, please provide at least the benefit of having coffee or tea anytime in the day because of strict working hours (10 hours). We are only provided tea and coffee once in the morning and once in afternoon in small paper cup.

The payment model was so volatile, it could change every passing day. The HR do not respond. There is a lot of politics and no place to report the issues employees face.
