Employees do not get any kind of training and managers are least co-operative. Every now and then managers intimidate you of firing! Content Writers are assured at the time of hiring that they will get incentives once they complete their probation period, however, the reality differs and managers eat employee's incentives without taking a burp! Terrible work-life balance as you are asked to work on Saturdays without pay/incentives, also employees get just one break of half-an-hour. I worked for more than a year for almost 10 hours everyday, hoping that I will get a bonus/incentive/appreciation for my efforts or at least decent behavior from the manager, however, my hopes got shattered with time.

There was no consideration for anyone's time and commitments. We were expected to sit till only because the editors came in at 12 and they wouldn't start work till 3. Apart from that, the idea of incentives in an eyewash. Never fall for it.
