Employees do not get any kind of training and managers are least co-operative. Every now and then managers intimidate you of firing! Work Details

I worked for more than a year for almost 10 hours everyday, hoping that I will get a bonus/incentive/appreciation for my efforts or at least decent behavior from the manager, however, my hopes got shattered with time.

10 hours working, no consideration of employee’s wellness, deducting salary as the management deems fit, no sense of compassion towards the workers.

I think it is the worst place to work because the company is not at all employee friendly. They will make you work like hours and hours and will pay very less. There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address your issues.
