Working hours is too much upto 12 to 13 hours per day. Very Bad, There is no Encouragement or Appreciations for Employees, for two years salary hike. For Incentives also not given properly too much works ourv TL is not supporting.

Nothing is really satisfying about this company.

The whole experience was a disaster according to my point, if someone wants to develop their skill they should not join this company.

The only pros is salary where a fresher can get 18,000 or 18k per month.

Rather than salary everything is cons only, you must work 10 hours a day wiz. 9.30 to 7.30 in a hectic schedule meet aggresive targets daily or elese you will not be able to logout for the day. The training will be different and the actual work will be different than that, no use of taking training. Even in this pressure, you need to work Saturday too. No canteen no hotel no proper facility avilable.
