There's nothing to like about working at Silicon IT HUB. My experience was filled with broken promises, unprofessionalism, and poor management. They do not value their clients or employees, and once they no longer need you, they abandon you without support. I would not recommend working here or doing business with them

One of the biggest issues was Mr. Hardik Jani’s behavior and his broken promises. During my increment, I was promised a 50% salary hike officially and an additional 50% to be paid at the end of each month. However, when I inquired about the extra 50%, the CEO refused to pay and instead asked me to resign, threatening to fire me otherwise. Additionally, when I joined, my notice period was 90 days, but when they no longer needed me, they forced me to leave within 20 days. After Mr. Hardik Jani took over as CEO, the company’s culture changed completely. They treat employees well only when they need them, but the moment they don’t, they push them out without any consideration. I am working since 5 years now and I think it is a great company to work in its size. The management is very understanding and co-operative. I am impressed when, the management took swift action about 3 difficult employees (real nuisance). All 3 nuisance employees were holding important position but management was determined to make environment safe and clear for the rest of the resources. Hats off to the rest of the employees, who were very supportive and gave enough courage to go ahead and get rid of the employees.
