The company is growing fast and diversified into multiple tech areas. I lead a team and there is less politics as compare to other organisations I have worked in. Ideas are heard and logically followed. Company promote leadership and management training and outside speaking opportunities are given which is a plus point.

Dislikes

More aggressive changes are needed from management in some aspects but changes are coming with new hirings.

The learning curve is sharp. Great place to learn lot on cutting edge technology. Managers listen and help in most cases. Annual Salaries growth is decent. One of few companies who made no salary cuts in COVID and paid appraisals too.
