I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

I have been with the company for many years now and seen it grow. They give lot of opportunities to enhance the skills, the salary is also competitive and management is understanding, accomodating. I started as a developer and today I am leading a team, So opportunities are given. The management, HR is always there to hear the concerns and help solve the issues. I dont have any complaint towards Sigma. But yes, due to some of the employees not following the processes set by the company, its affecting overall company. Here whosoever has put a negative review is a biased opinion towards the company because for their inability to perform their duties and deliver the results on time with quality output. So when after giving numerous chances by the company, they ignore and continue to non-perform, company has to take an action.
