Opportunities for international exposure depending upon role (mainly in case of project delivery). 3. For most part, colleagues are quite friendly and helpful.

1. Mediocrity in all departments at different levels. Therefore, nearly zero attention is paid to maintaining quality at work. 2. Overall attitude is to somehow get rid of the project instead of delivering value to the customer, therefore, there is no satisfaction in doing one's work. 3. Business unit lacks long-term strategy and the organization structure keeps changing very frequently. 4. Company will only try to retain talent once they have decided to leave the organization. They will make promises without thinking twice but most likely won't honor their own commitments once employee decides to stay back. 5. Lower level management is mainly concerned about projecting "all is well" picture to higher ups and in the process, they end up concealing information or sharing it with delay.
