Extreme favouritism. Too many back door entries and incompetent folks at the top positions. HR is a manager's puppet. Promotions are given only to the ones closer to the manager irrespective of one's skills and contribution. Absolutely no respect for one's talent and you cannot question the status quo. Good people leave and masuers remain.

I dislike the long working hours at Siemens Ltd, as I often had to work 14 to 16 hours a day due to the heavy workload.
