They compensate extra for on-call shifts, and if your shift falls in the evening, you receive additional pay. Sometimes manager expects a lot . You do your role job ,apart from that they expect you to write articles on the product(just after 4 months of joining), give KT to juniors ,unnecessary meetings and trainings which are annoying.
