The German side of the company is VERY good. The German culture is one of the best. Policies are decent. Salary hikes are good depending on the project you are in.

The Indian management is little bad and outdated thinking. Could be better. Many project managers are really not capable of handling people. When there are issues the team members are supposed to handle it, but when there are praises from German partners the manager will be there to take credits. Annoying and non supporting higher management. They do not let the staff to learn and grow. They keep on threatening them for layoffs. Appraisals are negligible to zero even if you melt your bone for them. I worked with this organization for 5.5 years, and my overall experience is extremely terrible. They do not treat their staff as human beings.
