Good at salaries. But highly recommended for employee HR relationship.

Dislikes

No job security, no proper communication with the employee. Hiring is completely based on reference, not even conducting interviews. People who are not even holding degrees are recruited for higher positions, those who don't even has experience in related field.

Since I was working in Siemens Ltd Saudi Arabia Riyadh City from past 13 yrs , it's very good company and employees had work together and clear any type of major problems I was in KSA from Nov-2003 to Sept 2016

Employee coming late to work is real I feel bad beacuse management will be looking to us and we are getting salary on time but we are not working as.per company timings
