Likes

overall work experience is good with supportive collegues. Also gets lot of knowledge if you have learner or fresher. All the work culture is so much good with work life balanced.

Dislikes

There is alost low chances on payroll of siemens Ltd. contract employees not get ratings with their performance. Also low growth rate of salaries.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
