Likes

Good work environment and safety culture. Caligs are very helpful and safety officers are good. Our Area maneger is very good person.

Dislikes

Job bassed training are not given by company. And hear lot of workers and people are politicians.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
