Dislikes

Extreme late sitting due to flexi working hours, some reporting authority comes late and due to his late sitting, others also need to do late sitting. Horrible work life balance. If you are not able to do late sitting, your job is not secure. Pathetic

1. Too much over load 2. Expects over time 3. Engineering team has higher hike rates compared to all - partiality behaviour 4. Politics to get confirm job if you are on contract pay roll they will not give your honest chance to get it confirmed yourself. 5. International travel to projects and some what engineering only
