Too much office politics. Extreme job insecurity. Ac not working and no proper fans are provided which decreases the motivation to work. Seniors are not supportive. Too much involvement of higher management in every work. Your problems are never heard of.

You will get a good work-life balance at the Kharagpur plant of Ramsarup Industries Ltd. which is under the Shyam Group(not Shyam Steel). Supportive team-members. Good number of Holidays

Extremely bad promotions and increments at this Kharagpur plant. Worst HR department. Higher Management is not capable enough specially the persons responsible for Kharagpur plant not other plants. Hr dept tries to negotiate salary during interviews in spite of having descent budget. If you want to work with extremely low increments then this is the company for you .
