Company is growing rapidly. Gives a great learning platform. You are valued if you are result oriented. Great to learn new stuffs.

Dislikes

You won't get that well professional team, yes it's the experience that matters but at times you will feel your education holds no value. But if you prove your worth here you are probably the biggest asset here. Also, if you are looking for a organisation with proper structure and SOP, then your chances of survival here seems bleak.Apart from the learning platform and opportunities, there is no as such perks and benefits for the employees. New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
