Shyam Metalics ka experience was just terrible, yaar. HR department ka koi kaam hi nahi. Salary deduction and job confirmations are a sabki secret. Politics shuru ho jate hai if someone resigns. Company is so unorganised and doesn't stick to their words. HR policies change like chameleon, without asking staff.
