Noting good about this company. The only thing is they are cash rich and doesn't have any financial liability.

Very unethical organization with no job security. You will be hired at handsome package but after 6 month the company will realise that your package is very high as compared to their salary standard and you will be fired. Hiring and firing is the only job HR is doing. No set procedure available for a 20 yrs old company. No freedom to employees the so called MDs are only concern about the profits. Only persons with butter polishing skill can survive as the MDs loves it. They are so cash rich that they are able to buy the prestigious awards like Great Place to work.
