IT department is poor. Very pethatic condition of IT team. They are not resolved any issue within TAT. Employee Insurance deduct from employee salary. HR gives same salary to a Fresher and to a 3 year experiance person. When a branch team win a cash price in contest than Higher level person hold the branch amount.
