Job Title: Technical Analyst

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Specialist to oversee the deployment and integration processes for our lending systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex integrations and deployment tasks across different environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Configuration, Deployment & System Integration:

o

Manage integration of lending software with internal and third-party systems (e.g., payment gateways, credit bureaus, CRM, FinnOne systems).

o

Implement API-based integrations and data flows between systems.

o

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently.

Configuration & Testing:

o

Configure system settings based on business requirements and lending processes.

o

Perform unit and integration testing to ensure system functionality post-deployment.

Collaboration & Support:

o

Collaborate closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless deployments and integrations.

o

Provide ongoing technical support and resolve any post-deployment or integration issues.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in handling deployments and integrations, ideally in the lending or financial services industry.

Strong experience with APIs, web services (REST, SOAP), and integration technologies.

Hands-on experience with at least one integration tool or framework.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and deployment automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker).

Good knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Understanding of lending operations, loan management systems, and financial services is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Familiarity with databases, SQL, and data mapping for system integrations.

Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
