We are Hiring for Home loan & Lap sales

• Two wheeler is must
• Interested for field sales
• Experience in Home loan & Lap Candidate will be preferred

Locations:- Chennai, Karaikudi, Kumbakonam, Trichy, Thanjavur, Thuraiyur, Vellore, Villupuram, Thiruvannamalai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Kanchipuram, Tiruvallur, Salem, Tirunelveli, Dindigul

Role & responsibilities

1. Front-end interaction, field travel and Customer interface

2. Recommending apt home loan product /solution and showcasing benefits

3. Regular interaction with the customers through group meetings, site promotions, in office meetings and presentations

4. Attending to walk ins into branches & visiting clients at their place

5. Executing Branding / Marketing activities in the catchment area

6. Spearheading Documentation

7. Lead generation in the catchment areas

8. 0-12 MOB and even 13-24 MOB or more bounce cases collections with focus and efforts on 100% collections efficiency. It will be communicated to employee as per requirement of the organization from time to time.

9. Focus on digitization and support all the initiatives related to sales and even other processes digitization.

10. Cash management to be done as per SHDFC policy with full integrity.

11. Focus on overall performance by keeping branch balance score card into mind and ensure the support and contribution to have overall performance.

12. To create new DSAs and if required manage the existing relationships of DSAs / Corporate DSAs / Lead Partners This will be communicated and advised basis requirement of business by your seniors / HOD.

13. Affordable housing builders / brokers tie-ups and manage the relationship to generate quality home loan leads.

14. Meeting with clients, advising and showcasing our products and benefits to the customers thereof.
