It Business Analyst

1. Lending Business (CAS + LMS): A strong understanding of lending operations, particularly in the areas of Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS) & Collection (Optional).
2. Hands-on Experience with Lending Applications: Practical experience working directly with lending applications, ensuring a thorough understanding of their functionality and workflows.
3. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with business teams to gather, clarify, and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
4. Integration Knowledge (Optional): Familiarity with system integrations.
