Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Technical Lead

Responsibilities

Architect the Integration Symphony:oLead the charge on intricate OIC projects, translating client challenges into scalable, high-performance integration architectures.oDeep dive into client systems and data landscapes, crafting optimal integration pathways.oOwn solution design from conception to deployment, ensuring security, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

• Build the Bridges of Data:oMastermind the integrations, coding reusable and maintainable components with REST/SOAP services and diverse OIC connectors.oImplement complex data transformations and mappings using tools like ODI.oRigorously test and optimize integrations, eliminating bugs and ensuring flawless data exchange.
• Champion Knowledge and Collaboration:oMentor junior developers, cultivating a collaborative environment and sharing your OIC expertise.oReview and guide code for accuracy, efficiency, and maintainability.oContribute to knowledge base development and training initiatives, fostering continuous learning.
• Bridge the Communication Gap:oCollaborate effectively with clients, developers, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.oClearly communicate technical concepts and solutions, simplifying complexity for diverse audiences.oConduct product demonstrations and workshops, showcasing OIC's capabilities and driving buy-in.
• Stay Ahead of the Technology Curve:oActively monitor and adapt to the latest OIC advancements and best practices.oResearch and propose innovative solutions, leveraging OIC's full potential.oContribute to thought leadership within the team and across the organization.
• Troubleshoot Like a Champion:oProactively identify and resolve integration issues, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.oAnalyze system logs and data patterns to diagnose and solve complex problems.oImplement preventative measures to avoid future issues and maintain system stability.
• Optimize and Automate:oDevelop and implement reusable scripts and automation routines to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.oMonitor performance metrics and continuously optimize integrations for best results.
• Manage with Expertise:oEffectively manage project tasks and resources, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.oPrioritize workload, delegate tasks effectively, and provide clear guidance to junior developers.
  
  Technical and Professional Requirements:
  
• Expert-level:oOIC development and deployment using various connectors and adapters.oData mapping and transformation techniques using tools like ODI.oCloud-based deployment and DevOps practices for OIC.oScripting languages like Shell or Python.
• Strong understanding of:oREST/SOAP web services development and protocols.oSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.oSoftware design principles and architecture concepts.oVersion control systems (e.g., Git).
