Basically its an automotive service industry. There is a lot to learn when you work on the floor and sites. Daily, I get something new to learn about the automobile failures, their causes and remedies. It is very helpful to work in this field as I come to know the difference between BSIV and BSVI vehicles. Working environment is very good and the colleagues are supportive enough.

Dislikes

Actually, in this work we have to deal with the customers regarding warranty issues, paid works as per the condition. We have to follow the circulars, rules and procedures of TATA Motors. But sometimes customers lose their temper for the work being delayed and many a times customer is in a hurry as this is a commercial vehicle field and the vehicle can might be loaded with emergency goods.

Work Details

I have to contact with the customer, know their conplaints, check their vehicle with or without the help of the diagnostic tools, understand the failure and advise the proper solution to the technician or electrician and make the vehicle on road.
