Company culture, no support, always try to blame for their unprofessional behaviour & attitude, they always create financial problems for their employees do that their money stuck. They always forced employee to work with their own money. Like sales head tanuj virmani tells use credit card, take loan from credit card for company works, always take junior work credit. No support, fake daily & weekly meeting, When he is in the field, he will hardly visit one site and will pressurize everyone to visit 3-4 sites. In the meeting, he will show as if no one else knows anything more than him.
