Working in Shrenik Industries was a very good experience. Then the company was won by Ghodawat Group. The teammates were very cooperative and encouraging.Salary /appraisal was not good enough comparing to other competitors, but I enjoyed the tenure. I love the fact that there were no limitation to learn, from very beginning i was able to work with various customers like Vestas, GE, Gamesa, Regen powertec, Suzlon energy and Ghodawat energy etc. Now the things have changed, as new management GRI india has changed every dimensions of the company, Now the company is known for its quality work culture....Read More

Company was decent but growth was slow. Management did not valued its employees. No appreciation from management though our customers appreciate my work.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Employee Benefits

very minimum the food was subsidized. Company was not providing any health insurance in early days.
