Company CEO is very supportive, teammates are also supportive, but due to tough market competition and financial constraints there is no job security, there is no on job training, salary appraisal are normal, work environment is very tough, it is very hard to make balance between job and family. Because there is no time left forfamily after office hours. We are terminated due to Covid 19 lockdown and company can't bear this period expenses....Read More

Company could not bear two months salary during Covid-19 pandemic blow. However we have worked from home during lockdown. This period of very crucial for me, no company is interacting new people due to Corona.

Work Details

My work at SGI is challenging because I have to registered company as vendor in govt depts and utilities and MNCs. But company have little certifications. I have pressurize the company to get certifications like BIS, CE, RoHS and various Test Reports
