Being a Manager, I’ve found People at floor level are good, working without saying anything even after they’re being exploited poorly (which I’ve tried my level best not to and have faces consequences)

Dislikes

-Poor Management -There is nothing for new people that organisation especially EAST, old people working there for 15-20years have grown roots and they’ll make sure that newer guys do not survive there to save their own back. - No work life balance, if you’re in the good books you’ll get leave on Weekends and if you not then you wont get anything - People paid 10,000 to 40,000 ar expected to do everything than the Unit heads who are paid 1.5lacs a month. - Work is not recognised, how happy you’ve kept your boss by agreeing to whatever he says is what actually is recognised. - Perceptions are created instantly for people without even knowing them. - Only organisation where a High Performer can become a low performer within a month within a different manager - If internally to be checked, you’ll find people resigned were not more than 4years in the organisation, as they were pressurised mentally someway or the other so that they work as a donkey or leave. Even so senior people from the region were gone ( 1 terminated, Some resigned) due to integrity issues. So imagine how these people at power have tried to destroy so many careers. People whose morality is so so wrong and are holding a senior position and having the responsibility of so many people were and are the worst here. People at store are not treated with respect and dignity. Where people are made to work like donkeys and the seniors with lakhs and lakhs of salary just look at there watch and leave. - Time boundness is for store people, sometime due to lateness staffs are stopped to enter the store or gate, humiliated but the same time bound doesn’t apply to the person earning in lakhs, he can go out in anytime he wants, take his car and take physio therapy during office hours, nobody knows where he is if he is not available in store, come out of the blue and then leaves for home. - No Culture....Read More
