I know Very well CSD work.. nd RBI works ..every time work load.. store target nd FC target nd vm work.. no chance nd no tym to improving my self.. that's why I left job...

When I joined SSL. Just focus on how to growth my store.. 3 days morning receiving stocks nd remaining 3 days counting nd display new products... then after I m also a vm champ in my floor. That's why check every brands offer nd changes the sinages.
