Cons/Shortcomings: 1. Salary is constantly delayed, often arriving from the 10th to the 15th of the month, sometimes even beyond the 18th. 2. This organization boasts of the most inefficient management system that I have encountered in my professional experience. 3. There is a clear lack of appreciation for job roles within the company, with constant interference in the work of colleagues rather than fostering a culture of mutual respect and understanding. 4. Despite having knowledge of their respective work roles. (Ex: The social media manager thinks he is a company manager.) 5. Every company earns from clients and projects, but here the company earns by deducting the salary of the employees, basically follow bad practice to calculate the salary. #get_better Advice to new entrants: 1.
