Not suggest anybody to work with Sona Group. They hold expatriate staff salary for min 6 months and do not release/ delay pending salary after leaving company even after lots of follow up. Worst company I have ever worked for.

Dislikes

There is nothing anything that can be praised as far as professionalism is concerned.

There is good working environment and atmosphere, cooperation between the respected department is good and solve issues to show good understanding.

Dislikes

There was politics if you show little slowness in the job and sometimes jealousy of how you came and unwanted issues. Some issues if given by you not addressed on time.

I was interested in the job but everywhere have it's own but I always learned from the seniors even junior staff .

Freedom of movement after work sunday mostly off and this way motives if any assignments come up sundays we attend.
