Nothing to be like about this company, worst kind of senior staff and company management. Very Cheap kind of politics in this company and especially at Palghar site. Worst work culture, long working hours even on weekends that too without any basic facilities.

Dislikes

Delayed salaries from more than 2-3 months, The Project Manager Mr. Raghvendra singh of Palghar site is very arrogant, rude, unsupportive towards the team members. The Project manager takes bribe from the sub contractors for clearing their bills and that's why he supports them the most. As well as worst kind of work culture and work life in this Company.

Salaries are Delayed for more than 2 months, The Palghar Project have the Most Toxic work Environment Ever, employees are Forced to Work for more than 14 hours even on Sundays, GM and DGM use abusive languages with other engineers and staff members, The Project Manager supports the Sub Contractors and don't care about his own employees, No Proper work ethics and work Culture.
