Really a great place to work . absolutely healthy environment.. Great support from colleagues.. Only thing lacking is - new technologies and development..so no exposure to different cases..so becomes monotonous after sometime

Lack of new techniques and ICU , so difficult to manage critical patient..and variety of cases are not there...so it becomes monotonous after sometime
